They won't tell you, "sure come in" if they can not accommodate you. They seem to value your time, as they value their own. I'm so thankful for that that. 4. I love my nails and I love how they treat their client family. I overheard a cancelation they had received, of a client who cancelled due to a Covid exposure They said "Let us know if there is any thing you need." And they MEANT IT And Jackie looked Legitimately concerned for their client. My Lord. I'm a life long client after two visits.. You're not a client, You're family. They want to make sure you're happy. Bless Sonny and Jackie. The whole family is in my heart. (Side note: all that staff wear masks. Guest are to wear masks. Temps are checked when you enter, partitions are up and social distancing is practiced. Hand sanitizer is used when you enter. Very clean environment)

i went to pro nails and spa with my friends about 2 weeks ago, they had multiple workers just…read moresitting around while leaving some clients half ways done with their nails. after i got mine done i noticed there were some air bubbles but i didn't say anything. a couple days after these black dots started to appear(shown in picture). i didn't know what it was and i thought it could've been something i did until more and more kept appearing. i finally consulted another nail tech about them and she told me that it was from them using dirty equipment and utensils on my nails. meaning they didn't clean or change the equipment they've used on other clients. you may also be able to see in the picture that the tips of my nail polish is worn off and peeling. it was lazy work and i do not recommend coming here if you want to get anything done.

So I would give 5 stars if the mani/pedi was perfect every time, but my last one before leaving was not, unfortunately. My pedicure was essentially UNCURED and my shellac was slipping and sliding all over the place for well over a month underneath the top coat. Furthermore, I didn't even ASK for shellac on my toes! I just wanted matching polish to my shellac mani. I was preoccupied talking to the nice girl next to me before realizing what had happened. I must say however, my manicure & pedicure lasted well into the 8-week mark. That is a super record! No chipping, breakage or anything. Just super, duper grown out nails. I think I was just seeing how long it would go. I didn't replace it all until I absolutely needed to for an event, and even then, my nails were still intact! I'll miss that Thai tea though... :(

She was clearly in a bad mood, barely spoke to me, cut me, and at one point dumped what smelled like acetone or alcohol directly on my leg instead of using oil. I told her the experience was unpleasant and that her mood was affecting it. The manager stepped in, and I asked not to have Emily do my manicure. I was then left waiting 45 minutes before anyone else was available. The manicure was rushed and already looks terrible--chipped polish, ragged cuticles. The entire salon was packed and tense, like no one wanted to be there, including the staff. It cost $120 and took nearly 2 hours. I will not be returning.

Of course you can call in and talk to someone, but I was able to online, make my appointments in the middle of the night. Plus for me. At check in, I did have to stand at the counter for a little bit for someone to come up to me and welcome me. They were busy, I get it. My facial appointment started a few minutes late. From what I observed, she ran behind because she was aiding the prior client with picking out skin products. I wasn't upset, since that's good customer service. Once in my facial appointment, Sonya asked about my skin, my expectation, and we had a good conversation about my skin, my care routine, ect. Getting started, she used essential oils and started an aromatherapy for calming and relaxation. I had a dermaplaning, which was over all uneventful. My skin tolerated it very well I think. She did do a great job at explaining the process, benefits and the risks. I have some sad, dry skin. I try to take care of it, but I admit I am not doing a great job. She did do some manual exploitation, and then some moisturizing. A lot of moisturizing and massage. We were able to chat and visit about many things. Very comfortable environment. That was so relaxing, I actually felt intoxicated afterwards. My next appointments were a mani and pedi, both being with *will insert name when I find her card*. She was lovely. We were able to chat and visit, none of it feeling forced or awkward. She did a nice job both my pedi and mani. Very patient while I slowly decided on which colors I wanted for my nails. I even tried out an ombre glitter on two accent nails. I love them. So much pop for me. I decently plan on coming back, I had a great time.
