I love that members can use the coin counter to easily pour in a mixture all types of US coins to be counted. The credit union does not charge for this service. I was then greeted by a friendly cashier who pleasantly handled the transaction of depositing the funds into two different accounts. The inside was clean and COVID protocol in place. I'm glad I'm a member. I haven't been disappointed at the many locations I've visited throughout the state.

Also, if you have a website, they will not open a bank account. You're not allowed to have a website. No online business whatsoever, so if you have a website, you will be declined for a bank account even if your company makes over 100 million per year. Absurd to the highest degree.

The teller asked if I had an account with them. I explained that I was visiting (and the reason for the visit) and stated that I did not have an account with any bank in this area. They refused to exchange the cash I presented for a $50.00 bill since I was not a customer. All banks have only one thing to offer. That is service. To refuse to change legal U.S. currency (which is legal tender for all debts) for a different denomination of the same value is NOT service. As I left I informed them that if we move to this area, which is a distinct possibility, we will not open an account with this bank.
