I took the computer in and 10 minutes and $45.00 later I was told it was fixed, but if I still had problems, to contact my server. Once at home, I had the same problem. I contacted Xfinity and they fixed the problem at no cost in a very short time while I stayed on the phone with them. When I called Chuck to let him know that I felt taken advantage of, since he knew Xfinity could have solved the problem at no cost, I was told that the $45.00 could be applied to "the deposit the next time you come in". It's a sure bet that I won't be returning, so hope they enjoy my $45.00.

But, it's a refurbished device--I bought it to to try to keep my costs down--and it arrived with several dead pixels. Lenovo directed me to Century Computers for warranty work, and I am very happy with the results. The fit and finish still looks as good as when it arrived the first day. They put the machine back together as good as new. And, to add benefit to quality work, they requested a screen manufactured by AUO. My device came with an LG screen, and while these have identical specs, the AUO screen is known for having much better color reproduction and a more even illumination pattern. They didn't need to do this, but they did, and I'm very thankful. Additionally, I dropped it off mid-day Monday, and I received it back mid-day on Wednesday. This is incredibly fast service.

The gentleman at the store told me that they could repair it, but that there was no need since it was capable of wireless charging. I had completely forgotten that it was an option for the model of phone I had. He put it on a wireless charger and confirmed that it would charge and power up. I appreciated his honesty so much that I offered to buy a wireless charger there and this time he told me that he didn't have the charger model that worked best with my phone and recommended that I buy it at Best Buy. I sincerely appreciate that he didn't make me pay for an unnecessary repair or sell me the wrong charger.
