The woman on the phone was very pleasant as was the gentleman who put together the arrangement. It was a little more expensive than the place I used to use, but as you can see from the pic, it's really a beautiful arrangement. In addition, I ordered a dozen and was given 16. You gotta love that! Granted, I've never used them for an outside event, but I was very happy with my call in order. I'd definitely use them again.
