Deposited a small amount, paid some bills online and that took my balance to 0. They didn't send out a packet that had my new bank info in it after I signed up online... They wouldn't give me my account number online so that I could deposit more funds in the account. They issue online statements which would have my account numbers, but it was on my inactive bank login so I had to call and argue/request/pay for a paper statement to be sent. and now I'm waiting to get account number so I can deposit funds.... Plus they took two weeks or more to send out bank card, didn't give me checks on the account either...

When they have been busy, they're apologized for taking a day to get back to my inquiries or requests, which is almost unheard of. Overall, they have made what could have been a very drawn out and stressful experience (obtaining and managing a construction loan) an absolute joy. I will look for subsequent opportunities to do significant business with them, and I have already shared my positive experiences about them with friends and relatives.

Owen Gibson is the loan manager from CFNB and he provided all documents for the loan disclosure…read morewith an interest rate and lender credit towards closing cost.  Loan approved conditionally by underwriter with 3 documents (exempted from appraisal), I provided and he said no more documents required. I changed homeowner insurance as well as per his email request. Supposed to be closed this loan by 30th Nov 2024, now he sent me an email  after several requests to know the status of the loan process that he can't lock the rate that they offered me earlier (in the loan document) and they are observing the rate to close it. However, earlier they said the rate should be 5.375% or less and close on or before 30th Nov, 2024. We could not expect such from a national bank.
