Well he said everything was good to go and when our states opened he would get them filed. WELLLLLLLL turns out he did something completely wrong and when I called to ask how it can be fixed he told ME to call OHIO. AFTER I PAID A LOT OF MONEY for him to do it. Well I told him I was really upset about this and he told me to give it a day or two and see if the state corrected what they have done. Well they didn't and when I called back to talk to him his WIFE NOT HIM got on the phone and basically said it was our fault because her husband went of what we gave them. Ummm excuse me? I did not file the incorrect information with Ohio they did. Not to mention his wife should have nothing to do with it. Well went in today and was told I would get a call with the correction before the end of the day. YEP YOU guessed it NO CALL NO TEXT NOTHING. We NEVER had this issue with Jackson Hewitt or the H&R Block on Washington in Junction City. I recommend staying far away from this place and petitioning to have it closed as they are just screwing people over.

I got my 2017 taxes done here. Terrible service. They had our taxes for over a month and a half…read more After the initial appointment they did not communicate with us much at all. Whenever we called we were told that it was in review and will be done soon. A month or so later after the April deadline we called them up and informed that they had to file an extension. Apparently not much was done with our return to begin with. We also were told a whole bunch of excuses of why the return took so long. Such issues as staffing shortages and continuing education. Nothing pertaining to our return. It is July and I am waiting on my PA refund. PA requires proof of service for active duty. Which I provided the accountant. Apparently that did not get sent to the PA department of revenue. I would not recommend getting your taxes done here. Unless you want to be waiting for refunds in July.

The information I heard was that hr block was free for military! Now this information turned out to be false but the lady I spoke to was so rude and disrespectful to me after I was nothing but kind in my words and just looking for information. I have never been so frustrated with customer service anywhere before. Even McDonald's has better customer service then this lady. I do NOT suggest this location for anyone unless you want to be disrespected for asking a simple yes or no question and then further degraded in the way you're spoken to.
