Desiree Fluellen should not be a newscaster. Her inability to pronunciate or speak grammatically clear sentences makes it very difficult to understand news stories. I often find myself bewildered and trying to understand exactly what it is she's trying to say. read more

In the mornings, I have the TV on and am listening to the AZ AM news in the background while working remotely in Arizona. While they have a couple of new worthy reports, the rest of what is aired is just fluff, injecting unnecessary drama. I usually listen until the nauseous feeling compels me to turn the radio on. These "newscasters" come off as some the most superficial, materialistic, shallow people that I have seen on TV. Who is their audience, is this way the people are in Phoenix? read more

it is such a shame news stations don't deliver the news anymore. Fox 10 News is so biased with their views on most categories. People want the news, Not your personal opinion. FOX10 should be ashamed for their text reporting. Every single day one of their ticker tape messages has a misspelled word. EVERY SINGLE DAY. One day is was the word Education. Today is was license. I learn more about the charities, businesses and local and national news and entertainment from them! These are extremely knowledgeable, and positive news people in the business. read more

We have been homeowners in Phoenix for 22 years (snowbirds) and Fox 10 has always been our news channel. We had come to know the morning news crew well, because over the years they have shared little personal things about family, activities, interests and hobbies. We really loved the humor, teasing and banter between the hosts. Watching that team made you think you knew them personally after watching them together for all these years. The "team" changed considerably while we were away this past summer, back in Oregon and upon return we were not happy. Why did the station manger approve a great team being split up? Why would you alter that team? This was a mistake and a foolish move by the management at KSAZ. We are from Oregon, snowbirds and do not know one person at Fox 10 Phoenix, never met anyone from the station or have seen them in our community so, this is an honest, non-Fox 10 opinion. If you had replaced Syleste we would have been moving to another station. Bad decision GM, you had perfection and had to have had the best viewer share in the metro area. read more

I know they could care less but today i started watching a different news station (trying out ch 5 news). Called Fox 10 yesterday to ask them to play something other than Trashy Rihanna and was talked to rudely like i was a bother. That's fine but i won't watch a news channel that supports her trashy and inappropriate half time show. Children all over America saw that trash and Fox 10 supports it. So dissapointed in Fox 10 . Nothing to complain about since we regularly can't get this channel in the Prescott area. CBS blasts a crystal clear signal with much more power, but I guess 10 and 12 are too cheap to pay for a proper transmitter. read more

Fox10 in Phoenix used to be a good local news station - now they are just a propaganda arm of Rupert Murdoch's empire & NewsCorp. It got so bad lately that I quit watching all together - they must have gotten a new producer for the nightly news who takes his/her orders from the corporate office. Their phone system makes it very hard to get a hold of somebody then when you do get a hold of them not only are they rude but they want to get you off the phone as soon as possible. if you're going to serve the public at least try to be nice when you answer the phone. read more

After some crime took place in my neighborhood, a Fox 10 TV reporter named Steve Krafft (and a photographer that was with him) stood in my apartment complex and took pictures through my window into the inside of my home. I had no idea who they were. When I asked them if there was a problem, Mr. Krafft said he was with the media and asked me if I wanted to do an interview. (Since it seems no one has told them, it might be worth noting that creeping outside of people's homes and taking photos without their permission is not only inappropriate, but also an ineffective way to try to build rapport with someone you're hoping to agree to an interview.) At first, Mr. Krafft refused to identify himself. When I asked him who his manager was, he made up the name Eric Gibson. Then he said he wasn't sure who his manager was, and that he certainly wouldn't tell me. It's not unheard of for reporters to conceal their identity or that of their bosses when, perhaps, their life is in danger, but doing so to dodge accountability for their own misbehavior reflects poorly not only on the station but also on the profession as a whole. Mr. Krafft's boss' name is Steve Levi--posting this as a public service in case anyone else is looking for the elusive "Eric Gibson" that doesn't exist. To make matters worse, Mr. Levi wasn't much help at all. He called to offer a pseudo-apology and was not only rude and condescending but also lied multiple times about what took place. At first, he said that his staff did not have a camera, and then insisted that he meant a "news camera." He made an excuse for Mr. Krafft's refusal to identify himself by saying that "everyone knows who he is" (say what?). He pointed out that media is allowed on the property with permission of the property manager, implying that there was permission, but then admitted that the property manager hadn't given him permission. He then pretended that they'd actually gotten permission from a resident they were interviewing. However, none of my neighbors said they gave Mr. Krafft permission to be on the property, and none of them were interviewed. (If they were, perhaps Mr. Krafft would have had his "news camera" out so he could get high def video footage into the inside of my home rather than still photographs.) I checked to see if Fox 10 had a code of ethics on their website, and wasn't surprised to find out they did not. Unethical, unprofessional, and dishonest behavior is typically top down, and speaking with Mr. Levi made me realize why Mr. Krafft and friends think they can act like stalkers with impunity. It's too bad nobody at Fox 10 has the decency to tell them that people have a right to not be photographed inside their own home. read more

I am choosing 1 star because I find Fox 10 to be too slanted to the right, & they are quite opinionated... John Hook & Kari Lake are obviously staunch Republicans. Celeste continues to downgrade the word Grandma and uses the term as if we are all fragile and need accommodations to participate in activities. I've said it before and she continues to do so this am by mentioning a place where grandma can hike. Stop putting us all into a category as if it's a problem we have. We are very active and when you continue to downgrade us you are only doing it to yourself as you age. Be respectful to the word as we are not the grandparents of 20 years ago. Times have changed and your wording keeps us feeling old rather than the amazing abilities we have. The 4 on news is a version of people magazine. All that's going on in PHX , Maracopia county, neighboring cities and they do segments from TMZ...gossip news. There is crime, state news, discussions, elections,also with new highway that is already in needs of repair. I listen to KTR RADIO and learn way more about what is going on.
