I said goodbye to cable a LONG time ago. I purchased a high quality power assist digital antenna with 150 mile range (I get Tucson channels) and receive approximately 100 channels OTA from my Mesa home. Lately I've had difficulty with the KUTP 45 channels. My normal signal strength of 80-85% routinely drops to 0 i.e. no transmission. I contacted KUTP & received a response from James McDermaid that ' all transmitters and translators are operating at full power'. He inquired as to my location & type of antenna I was using and I provided this information asking for an explanation. No response . Phoenix Metro I believe has the largest OTA community of any major US city. I doubt advertisers will be happy to learn that their expensive TV ads are not being seen. Cc read more

Have lived in Arizona for a year and a 1/2 and have come to really enjoy the morning team on Fox 10. Ron and gang are affable, attractive and very easy to watch. Many of these morning shows are pure pablum and frankly this one is too but it has an edge to it and picks interesting stories and the guys seem like they really are intrested and care about what they're talking about. read more

Fox 10, My gosh, remove the darn Ribbon Banner. Almost a 1/4 of the screen is taken up. Do you really believe we need to see that. We know what channel we are watching. Look at other stations. It may pop up and then removed. I switched to 3 or 5 for sports because most of the time your banner covers the scores. read more

As a fireman I serve my community the best I can. I treat every encounter with the public as if they were a member of my family. I save as much money out of my salary as possible because I fear the future will not be as promised. O M G ! Tonight there was an actual clip about how the moon was big looking. And, to show how the moon was big looking the newscaster stood outside the local studio. Great right? No. He basically showed the Sandra Day O'Connor building with the moon BEHIND IT. Yes, that's right, not in front of it, not next to it, but behind it. Then he talked about how if you hold a dime up to the moon it still is the same size regardless of how close it is to the horizon. Great information, right? No. Have I mentioned that you couldn't see the moon in his newscast? I seriously thought that Phoenix news couldn't get any worse with the clips about rain puddles when rain occurred earlier or the 8 minutes of reviews about how the 27 degree day affected Phoenicians. I contacted Fox 10 because we have a problem that could result in being homeless because of our landlord Celtic Property Management. When I explained the problem to them in detail after several emails they basically wrote us off and said good luck. They didn't even try to investigate or put it on their broadcast so maybe people who could help us could contact us. Seems like they don't care unless it's a sensational story. read more

We stopped watching Fox 10 News for our evening news after Dave Munsey retired as weather man. Kristy Sefkin took his place. It was cringworthy watching her in limited situations prior to her becoming the main metoroligist. Now that she is now every night, we just cannot watch any longer. Furthermore, since we switched to another channel for our evening news, we now turn on the TV in the morning to the other channel as well. Double whammy for Fox 10. read more

The Fox morning news is so much better since Syleste Rodriguez replaced the incompetent Andrea Robinson a couple years ago and she is a lot prettier than Robinson, as well. Also, the Fox morning news is ten times better than the Channel 3 morning comedy team , which has the worst meteorologist in April Warnecke, who is so full of herself and is not that talented. Fox 10 supports places that abuse animals. This morning they were at a circus, and helping to exploit a poor elephant who had viable sores/scabs on his ear and his ankle. Wake up people! Please don't support circuses that use wild animals. Wild animals belong in the wild, the sores on the ankle are probably from the poor wild elephant being tethered/chained up. The poor elephant even looked unhappy and malnourished. It was so sad. I called fox 10 to give my opinion and try and educate those who may not know. But once I started to say that i was disappointed that they were at the circus the lady who had answered my call replied with an "oh God" then she transferred my call without even saying she was. Then someone else answered and he didn't seem to care about what I was saying either. If u guys had at the very least pretended to care about what I was saying u wouldn't have lost me as a watcher. I usually am a person of schedule and I have noticed this idiot ran news station seem to just broadcast there version of crappy news when they should be playing television shows that were scheduled.
