Neighbors even asking "what happened?" A manager from A and A Lawncare and Landscaping came to home and reseeded several areas in front yard. The grass seed used by the company and left for me to has not been sufficient to cover the bare areas in front yard. The manager said the back yard needed to have heavy shade grass seed used, which I am on my own to purchase and apply. I don't know why not know why the proper grass seed wasn't used when this service was performed by a professional company

I have used Outer Image for several years to do lawncare. There has always been the issue of my…read morekids leaving small toys in the grass and they get run over by a lawnmower -no big deal. This year has been the worse. One of the mowers took out my firepit brick wall. Another day they rammed into my kids sandbox leaving a crack in it. Most recently they came the day after a bad rainstorm and left big skid marks all over my yard. In addition they can never get the invoicing right and have tried to double and triple charge me for months. This has been an ongoing problem since I first started using their services so I keep a stack of invoices and check images just to have proof when they try this(but I shoudl not need to do this!).
