There was never an issue with the payment process and every time I had a request, the owner far exceeded my expectations. This is an honest business that delivers; the apartment was comfortable, clean and the extra layer of comfort made it feel like home. I had a long stay, but they also offer daily rates. The set up is very simple and you can make reservations online. I 'm planning to rent from them every time I come back to Charleston. This high level of professionalism, comfort, and privacy will be very hard to match by any hotel.
