They won't talk to you on the phone even if you ask. Terrible customer service! There are lots of decent handyman companies that do not misuse their customer's cards once they get hold of the number. How is this company allowed to do so and still operate in the United Kingdom?

I have had a leak in my room for the last 4 days, it was meant to be fixed months ago but apparently it's "too difficult to fix" and is "more complicated that it looks". Not for these guys though. I spoke to a lovely chap called Tom on the phone, I then emailed him the problem and my address and within an hour Don was here. He looked at the problem, we discussed how to fix it and then he toddled off to Wicks to by the right bits. 30 minutes later he's back, hammer and nails in hand, cutting perspex, painting, drilling. All totally friendly and polite. I can not praise these guys any higher. They were fab. After all that work and £193.79 later I have a new non-smell, non-damp, without a leak window.
