All I can say is Alex is the man! He took my case & made the process super easy, simple and affordable. Alex truly just saved my livelyhood, I have to say from start to finish he was very confident in the case I caught, very well prepared never was slacking always responding to texts and work with me payment wise. By far he is highly knowledgeable in what he do. He didn't even have to convince me to trust him his actions spoke for themselves, and him knowing the SA and Judges made me feel more confident that he will beat my case and he did just that. Alex is a sheer genius in his profession. One can tell right away that he knows his stuff and is on top of his game. He is very professional and always available to his clients. He brings that personal human touch to the attorney client relationship which is rather unique and not often found in this profession. His fees are reasonable and he gets the job done for the fee he quotes. The case I hired him for was a complicated one. My case was a little different, but usually that's why you end up in court in the first place right?? The six other attorney's I spoke with talked more about money than they talked about my case and how they could help me. This was different with Attorney Muhammad, she made sure she could help me first and then talked about what it would cost too help me. Even in that she was more reasonable then the other Attorney's I had spoken with.To give you a little bit of my circumstance. I was divorce and my ex-husband had recently retired and according to out divorce decree . I was entitled to a percentage of his pension, but because my previous divorce attorney didn't filed the proper paper work the pension fund was denying me payment. I also discovered that the wrong information was listed on the document as well. Everything that could go wrong with me receiving any money was happening. This was going too be a long shot to say the least. We even had other Corporate Attorney's from the pension fund telling Ms.Muhammad she would never prevail. She didn't let that stop her she went too work. She let me know every step of the way from beginning too end what too be prepared for. She's very personable and I love that about her. I would get a call at night,if she needed too talk to me,in the morning,on the weekend. My point is she's not a Monday through Friday 9-5 email only type of Attorney. My case was long just like this review but in the end it was worth it. My attorney went up against a well known Attorney and firm who pull out every stop too win. The judge was extremely hard but Attorney Muhammad was able too do her magic and give the judge enough to sway him. I understand that the situation that arose after my husband's passing may not have been something her office handles, but it would have meant a lot to receive even a brief response acknowledging that and pointing me in the right direction. Alex is a wonderful attorney. He was available literally anytime I needed him, even if it were for the simplest questions. He went out of his way to ensure that you completely understood everything that was going on. His main office is located in Orland Park, IL. But he was willing to meet me downtown, to ensure that I knew that he was committed to this case. He provided me with three different ways of being able to contact him, and he responded very quickly, regardless of what time I reached out. You can have high expectations for him, and he will perform well above them. Alex is very knowledgeable and very personable! He doesn't price gouge like other attorneys in the area. Alex was a pleasure to work with! I received a letter in regard to my license being suspended because I never showed up to court for a seat belt violation. Alex made sure we got a court appearance before the Secretary of State could actually suspend my license. We did have to show up for a second court appearance because I did not want to agree to supervision. On our second court appearance, Alex got my seat belt violation thrown out, thank God!
