As it turns out, after my loved one died, I found the POA papers. You would think that since the papers were drawn up at this office, they would have a copy. So, if you have papers drawn up by them, please keep a copy because they do not keep them and don't have time to assist.

I had to constantly follow up to even get a response. Frank ignored most of my messages, and when I did hear back, it was always the same empty promise: "We'll get back to you in two days." Spoiler alert -- they never did. How is it even remotely acceptable to let a case sit untouched for over two months? I honestly have no idea what I paid for.
