Wm B passed the torch to his, daughter, Patricia Smullin.  See: KOBI Tv, KOTI TV, KEVU TV,  and KSLR. Coverage of the horrific Fires in Medford and Southern Oregon was stellar. KOBI is a great service to the entire community.

Michael was extremely PREDATORY and a POOR listener…read more He was more interested in ADDING items to my bill, in additional to my NEW phone, than giving me what I needed and could use. "NO" to a Verizon Visa, "NO" to a watch, "yes" to the hotspot but not 100%, "NO" to a tablet. He WAS aware I had a Samsung G6 (USB) but let me out the door WITHOUT a USB-C so I could CHARGE my new Google Pixel. WHATEVER dude! When I decided to return the DSL hotspot box a week later, UNOPENED, he was curt and really couldn't be bothered with my return or the reason why it was unopened! This situ COULD be a MANAGER/management issue or lack of CUSTOMER SERVICE training but not sure. Regardless, this STORE has an issue. I worked as a territory sales manager for 20 at several Fortune 100 companies so I KNOW what GREAT vs POOR looks like! Oh, and he KEPT my 83 yr old mom's "faulty" Samsung A series phone for HIMSELF, when we mentioned we'd like to "donate" the phone we purchased online that was having "update issues." How UNPROFESSIONAL and probably against Verizon policy...but neither here nor there. My mom and I just wanted our new phones activated so we could get the heck out of there, ASAP!
