This is the second time we have used the service. They are punctual, easy to schedule and do a good job on the windows. However, when I scheduled the service I had told them any day that week as long as they didn't need to talk with us (as we work from home and are on calls-it's hard to get to the door and the dog barks, which is disruptive).
