Trace came when he said he would and called to let me know he was 30 minutes away. He was very kind personable and considerate. Even my dog who is a rescue German Shepard loved him. He took off his shoes each time he entered my house. He cleaned all the windows even on my third floor even when they were difficult to access and my neighbor was not home to allow access. He removed screens and washed underneath all the screens. He helped me with really hard to reach windows on the inside which I did not request when I contacted Optimal. Optimal Exterior is THE company to call for any power washing work! From beginning to end, starting with the receptionist to Trace who came to clean my driveway and front sidewalks today. He was professional, courteous and I could tell while he was working that he really cares about doing a great job. He used commercial equipment and spent about two hours cleaning to do an outstanding job! My driveway literally looks like a new driveway now!
