While he did make recommendations he left the decision making completely up to us and let us borrow some samples to take home to place in the rooms. No hard pushy sales. Just good factual information and answered all our questions. The installers were prompt as scheduled and went right to work. They are employees of Your Floors and not subbed out as Lowe's does. They removed all the heavy furniture and pulled up the existing carpet. The work took a whole day and they replaced the furniture and cleaned up and vacuumed everywhere. I've used other companies including Lowe's in the past. I would definitely use Your Floors again.

I bought it used for $1000 bucks which I was told then it was like new lol. I never got a full mow season out of it. The owner wouldn't refund my money after they attempted to fix it twice. I wasn't in the outdoor power equipment business so I had no use for it if it didn't work. I am local too, so this was a real disappointment. I finally bought a brand new craftsman, and it has been wonderful. Oh and they never even sharpened the blades I was told they would do. This place was just awful.
