Also they agree to install all new duct work under my home (crawspace) they said they work in crawspace all the time. Well, on the day they started, they backed out and wanted to put the ducting in my attic because they were gonna have to work a little harder. I finally agreed and the ducting is now in my attic. I have had frozen pipe issues over the past winter. I craw under my home a lot, yeah it sucks but Iraq was worse. Come on guys sometimes you gotta do things in life that are tough. All is well now.
