I was dishearten but Healthy Holmes; specially Caleb, Payton and Harley went well and beyond to make this house safe. Not only did they remedy the mold, but they remove the old debris so I can later install insulation.     I asked him to send out a plumber due to the damage to the pipes. He agreed, only two get…read moreclarification that his team actually was responsible due to what the plumber found And was strictly told to report back to him and not me, from what I have already told him happened. The plumber discovered that there was in fact, debris, loose installation, wood chips, nails, drywall, and particles of other materials that were torn out from the demolition of the mold remediation project. The plumber left telling me that the lines needed to be jetted and that he would talk to Caleb about the follow up during that time. I asked Caleb to send me the report after spending hours of flushing, the sewer line out with my water ,which height my water bill $200 more than average.. I also had to call some heating and cooling assistance to do a vent cleaning which cost me over $1,800 along with all of the miscellaneous personal property that was flooded in the basement cost over $2000 which included yard tools, lawnmower, dining room table and chairs two twin size metal beds, a line, leaf blower, electrical weed, whacker and other miscellaneous tools. Caleb never sent the information about the follow up or evidence from the plumber and did not go forward with completely clearing out the debris his team had carelessly forced down into my sewer pipes. Caleb is very deceptive and his team has absolutely bad customer service . Caleb did not want to follow through with resolving the issue. His company has created Thousands of dollars of damage-during that period of them doing that tear out. They also ran off with my ladder and I had to complain to get it back which was It was a thief. Caleb completely ghosted me after I called him back after my basement flooded again almost a year later after a heavy storm. I was requesting the report from the original plumbers inspection, which I discovered that Caleb and the plumber had discussed father jetting of the sewer pipes to get all of the debris out, but Caleb did not go forward with the work, not taking responsibility for what his workers did and cost me detrimental property damage a year later . Caleb is very untrustworthy and does not keep his word after his workers causing damage to your property. He rather you take him to court after trying to resolve the issue with him He ultimately did not resolve anything. He chose to ignore the damage they created for me . His company has forced me to endure Financial hardship and had not continue to be a professional to simply resolve the original issue his company created.

    Sadly, I have to be the one to give a negative review…read more We had Jamie here on multiple occasions, for three separate furnaces our home has. We really felt he was trustworthy, and we were relieved when he fixed our furnace for about a thousand dollars Until furnace one, required two more visits by him for another few hundred Furnace two, required four visits. At a total of twelve hundred. After the fourth visit and fix, he only briefly responded by text He instructed us on the next steps to fix it, that required a handyman That added up to four hundred separately. We continued to call, with frustration that it did not resolve the issue At that point, return calls dropped off entirely The weather dropped to 10 and below Our daughter, was using a heating pad and two space heaters to get through the cold After weeks of no replies and no further help we called a different HVAC company That company found errors in Jamie's work. Some large, some as small as not putting hardware back on. That HVAC company charged over 400.00 to put things right And once they repaired Jamie's mistakes, we have had no issues We called to confront Jamie, and share the information from the second company. We requested he reimburse so.e of the costs, as once it was repaired we knew that 905.00$ of work was done for no reason. At no time did he accept accountability Offer an apology, reimburse us Or work with us on a fair resolve It has now been two weeks of zero reply, apology or acknowledgement of our frustration or the weight of an extra thousand dollars spent. We are in conversation with our solicitor who is guiding us through small claims court now that we have an affidavit from the new HVAC company. While his work may typically be good, in this case a series of mistakes were made, and he has made no effort to respond or be considerate about the costs he caused us. Without communication, it simply appears as he doesn't wish to resolve things fairly.
