Called the police, insurance company and was quite taken by a YouTube video I had seen of Mr Morgan Sr on an overseas flight in February. Pulled at the heart strings with his personal experience and what he did after. So I called. Bottom line - this firm has done it. They are huge and so successful. God Bless. So big in fact that the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Sadly for even someone calling in with a very clear cut slam dunk case - the other driver told the cops that he was at fault rushing to school and distracted. The insurance company also verified this. I spoke with 3 different intake people - seemed very efficient and smooth at first but then all went to crap when the " Case Manager" assigned to me, the point person Miss Djenaba Barry from Brooklyn got involved. Even I don't know all the departments in our law firm." . Total clueless idiot. No accountability. She said the key words - don't know! This firm is too big and scattered. They just don't know. A nice lawyer from NYC named Gabrielle Waters finally called me on Friday, was kind and understanding and grasped the gravity of the situation but it was too late. My experience was just bad. If the Business Manager Tariq S who is all over Yelp apologizing for M & M and their lack of -- just do an internal check up Sir. Listen to all your recordings and dealings with the same client by different personnel who have no clue about their other team mate who just called. Such a waste of time, resources and you end up losing clients. Maybe hire a National Quality Control Director who can update systems and make things uniform and eventually much more profitable.
