I made an appointment on their site and paid the $9 for 30 min. on Monday morning. The staff is so nice and give you info on all the cats, like names and personalities. They have comfortable seating and lots of toys so you can play with the kitties. I loved all the cat accessories including the nap spots in the window, and the climbing opportunities.
