I really enjoy the technicians there especially Bree, she does a wonderful job making my teeth feel clean and healthy. Kneib Dentistry is above the learning curve as they use texting to confirm appointments and to send appointment reminders, I really wish more businesses would do this. Then the day of that appointment I was rescheduled because the hygienist called off. I expressed my disappointment and was told that all the other patients were happy to miss that day. They said I'd have to see the dentist. I assumed that's who I would've been scheduled to see based on the issues I discussed in every call. So I got rescheduled again. Thankfully my primary care Dr prescribed an antibiotic while I waited because that would've been the next issue. Over a month later I finally got to an appointment. Receptionists were nice in person. Hygienist was also nice. The dentist came in, told me what was needed, which I already was prepared to hear. Then told me he'd have me talk to billing. I was in shock and asked if he could do anything to relieve pain or protect the tooth until he could complete the repair and he said again, you have to talk to billing. I go to the next room and she explains cost, other things recommended, etc. I said I just need some relief for this tooth. I'll discuss other procedures at that time. She said, of course it hurts you have exposed root. Thanks for the compassion lady!! Then she told me she'd look at the schedule. Which I again mentioned how long I've waited, how I told anyone who I spoke to, multiple times what I was experiencing, and now even the dentist was dismissive about it. Expressing how, of course I'm in pain, here's the billing lady, so she could just tell me that he has no intention of doing anything today. When asking for a full estimate she wouldn't give it to me. Most likely knowing I was going to call around. Don't recommend this office at all.
