I was greeted by Chuck- who is absolutely amazing. It was midnight and he was incredibly accommodating to my vehicle. It took awhile for him to get into my car but he was prompt with arrival. My vehicle is notoriously difficult, and he was awesome. He also didn't charge me extra for how long it took and he was super funny for how late it was. I am grateful and I highly recommend this business.

It has been 2 plus years since I have had charter. The service was less than dependable as they…read morewere always having providers issues. The install should have been the tell all. The tech installing was by far unable to do so. Yes it was cold. The ground was hard and he struggled with the trench. He choose to run the cable above ground to the house saying they needed to come back after the ground unthawed to properly trench the cable. I totally get it. Watching him made me cold. When it did get nicer no one called to schedule. I had to make the appointment. The next tech was mad because the first tech could not do it. He was noticeably upset. His trench was less than acceptable. Some spots he was only in the ground a couple of inches. There was a sprinkler he choose to only go around at a depth of maybe 2 inches. Found that while replacing the trenching he had done. I had to retrench the line better than 3/4 of it because of the terrible job by the techs from Charter. I honestly believe those kids do not even work there today. I am sharing this today because charter has hired a new collection agency and they are requesting my last month of service to be paid. $85 to be exact. I say pay me for my labor to finish your clown techs attempts to install you terrible example of internet service and we will call it even. 2 years after the fact....LMAF...if one of your customer service managers calls me i will square up when we figure out what my install fee is......
