The Kum & Go has a big enough parking area for semi's. From the outside you can clearly see that they had a big McDonald's and quite a few fuel pumps as well as diesel ones. Just inside the entrance is a big empty space. Walking in I noticed t-shirts, keychain and purses on the left. On the right was the food area. They had slices of pizza in a outbox, the roller grill wasn't on of course with the virus pandemic. Past the food was more items for sale. My husband was looking for a pigtail that plugs into the light, which they didn't have. Everything looked clean to me even the restrooms, which also were big. There was stalls on both sides of the wall, with a separating wall between for the sink area. It looks very nice and I love the stone walls. Last, we got fountain drinks and went to check out. The cashier was an older lady that looked grumpy, she had been standing in the same place behind the register since we came in. She didn't smile, but had a face more like the opposite. I kind of hated to bother her, but we did, ran our card and left. Outside of the entrance is a marker, I didn't take time to read it but got a quick snapshot to read later. read more

Thought maybe the terrible customer was a twice-off thing. Well, third time is a charm that was wiped through manure and seasoned with vomit. I cannot understand how the (now) 7 employees that I've interacted with over 3 separate visits had to be so rude. Could it be because they are slammed and are unstaffed? Likely. What is management thinking? If these employees are this bad, hire better. If they're bad because they're overworked and stressed, hire more before you loose the good ones. I'm leaning toward bad management. I just find it highly unlikely that there are that many bad employees here. They must be over worked and understaffed, and overwhelmed. They have to be. The store has great deals on $1 any size drinks (including icees!). Gum 2/$2.22, candies 2/$3. Red Bull 2 for a discounted price (I cant remember what it is). Bathrooms are nice, and clean for as heavily used as they are. But again, understaffed and need someone monitoring more frequently. It is a nice facility in a prime location. Has the potential to be stellar. I will avoid this establishment for the next few months and try again later. Hopefully it will get better. read more

The first gas station in 33 miles once you turn off on the turnpike coming from KS - CLOSED at 10pm on the Sunday after Christmas! Supposed to be open 24 hrs. Don't reopen until 5am. Several people parking in lot. Totally my fault for getting so low on gas - but there was no warning turning off on turnpike. No U-Turns allowed on the turnpike. Then you hold out for gas that is supposed to be available 24 hrs only to pull up to a dark station at 11pm. read more

I only gave one star because it made me. Was running out of gas and completely stunned to pull up to a dark station at 10:03pm! No warnings. It's shows on the map that it's open 24 hrs on their pages. GO TO THE STONE WOLF CASINO(Phillips 66) DIRECTLY EAST OF THERE FOR YOUR GAS STATION/GAS NEEDS!! It's modern, bright, and clean. One of the best gas stations I've seen and is convenient access from the freeway.

I read all the bad reviews, and can only assume they were written a long time ago. This Service Area is "inside" 412, i.e., between the east and west bound lanes. Plenty of room. Bathrooms were clean, with a sign saying "McDonalds proudly maintains these restrooms." The two ladies working the counter and store were great. Big selection of food and drinks. read more

Consistently the filthiest restrooms in Oklahoma. Yes, I am including the Loves on I-35 north of OKC. THESE ARE WORSE. The old outhouses on Keystone Lake are cleaner than these pits. Part of that, obviously, is due to the overwhelmingly illiterate feral population darkening these facilities with their fetid diseased bulbous carcasses. The remainder of the blame rests on the incompetent lazy staff of this wretched hole. The same morons who can't ring up a red bull or produce a Big Mac in anything less than the maximum conceivable time possible clearly can't share janitorial duties either. I am certain I do more cleaning in the process of mopping up the seat prior to a "can not wait til we get home, must drop a bomb here" last resort fecal disposal than paid employees perform cumulatively in a standard work week. So; service sucks, the bathrooms are terrible, gas is overpriced, and parking is a nightmare. Other than that it's a great place. read more

Really nice convenience store combined with a McDonalds on the turnpike but i have never seen a more disgusting ladies restroom! Hardly a stall clean/flushed-toilet paper everywhere, and some hand dryers didn't work. Clean your restrooms people! Thanks! read more

Well between working for oSu (CHS) and being an alumnae/season ticket holder/oSu sports attendee I'm here a lot. While I agree with the previous reviewer that the bathrooms could often use a little TLC, I'll proffer that they at least aren't outside like some of ones on the Turner turnpike. And bathrooms along any heavily traveled corridor such as the Cimarron turnpike are likely difficult to keep Martha Stewart pristine. I digress. This location is a HUGE improvement over the tiny Phillips 66 with the aforementioned outdoor bathrooms that were at this location for many of the years I resided in Tulsa and drove back and forth (or Stilly and vice-versa). There is a good selection of hot and cold food, snacks, drinks, state team apparel and decor, a surprisingly robust selection of Jesus-ey type tshirts for a turnpike gas station, car chargers, lottery tickets, pain killers (OTC :()....pretty much everything a lonely traveller might need on a journey of either a single step or a thousand miles. So let it be decreed that anyone giving this location less than 4 stars should have driven this stretch of road while hungover in the 1990s. The pizza is good pizza and if you travel through on a Friday its buy 1 get 1 free 1 topping for only $10.99. However, you better order ahead because if you take any from the warmer you will get yelled at because those are apparently other peoples pizzas even though there are no signs you are automatically supposed to know those arent for you according to the manager there. I love that any soda is only $1 because I dont like spending money at McDonalds. They should set up a hot and ready pizza warmer and keep the ordered pizzas in the back. The manager was really hateful to me about the pizzas and usually I'd be nice and understanding but let me tell you... this lady was rude as all get out and mean about it. She couldn't admit that there was a fault in their "system" and apologize to me or the person who was waiting on their order. The cashier however was super nice and stated to another employee that she didnt know why she was so upset about it. Maybe she needs to be trained for management instead of the other lady. Attitude is 90% of a managers job. read more
