Got referred here by the Elementary School. We have only been coming for 2 months and there is a positive change in my Son Samuel's attitude about learning. The fees are reasonable by comparison of the competitors. The Staff is helpful and friendly. The curriculum is good let's the students work at their own pace. They give a FREE assessment which was why I chose them. Mrs Patel is helpful with the structure and planning for the students needs. Only negative thing I can say is that the waiting area is small for parents. But, this place is Student geared so I wait in the car most of the time. If you are looking for a quality place for your Child or Children I highly recommend Kumon. After Samuel's 6 month assessment I will update his progress. This is an after school (supplemental) program that encourages students to be disciplined learners. I highly recommend Kumon to every parent I know. Here's why: 1) Kumon provides great support through tutors and worksheets 2) Kumon is self paced 3) Kumon will advance your child in reading and math 4) Kumon builds discipline and routine. 5) Mrs. Patel (the lady who runs this center) is very passionate about learning and what she does. There can be a few issues with Kumon, mainly the parents. If you aren't prepared to look after your child's homework daily, and if you as a parent can't handle your child complaining about the amount of work, this program can be difficult. The good news is that the program can be completed by 8th grade (that's when homework gets really tough at school). My sons in the English and Math. It can be pricey, but well worth any other extra curricular activity. He started reading at an early age, he gets done with his first grade homework quickly, he memorized words and does great in spelling tests. Now the technique Kumon employs is repetition for the most part. This is tried and true and Mr. Kumon if Japan really did do his son (the first Kumon student) and the world a favor with these practical worksheets. Now, if you are a parent that doesn't have the time to be involved, this might not be for you. Kumon depends on consistency. The child does the work, but you must check it. The Kumon Center is open twice a week and the tutors/educators there handle the packets and work on those days. For 2 subjects, my son spends about an hour there. Kumon is a amazing math and reading center. Starting from 3 years of age to 12th grade. The teachers are amazing with the children. They really uplift the kids. Patient and working one on one with them. But also teach the kids independent so they feel confidant in what they are learning. They are open Monday's and Thursday 3-7pm. Kumon you pay monthly. And it is very affordable compared to other leaning programs. I trust them with my children and it has been AWSOME to see my little one so shy and not confident in reading really blossom!!! In the past six months that my kids have been enrolled in Kumon, I have noticed a big change in their attitude towards reading and math. One of my sons does reading and he is more confident in trying to read on his own. My other son does math. He can't wait to be more advanced than the rest of his peers in school. Great program, my daughter is learning to master some essential mathematics. Nice quiet environment for the kids. The programs range from basic to extreme advanced and it's based on your child's needs and goals. Their slogan making smart kids smarter is very true. Went to register my son.The director keep shutting up my 3 year old.My 8 year old was telling her that my 3 year old could sing his abc's and she told him to shush She kept shhhing my kids.Mind you it was 650 pm and everyone was gone.I get that they want quiet but there was no one there. It seemed like she wanted quiet for Herself.I FELT so disrespected.My 8 year old even started crying after she told him to shush.I didn't even get to register him I don't want to give my time and money to a person that runs a place like that.My son was uncomfortable and asked that we leave. read more

Never got the help she needed and she was sent home with extra work that add an extra hour onto her school work that she already have. WARNING NO REFUND.....please read the fine print if there's any. I thought that they were tutoring for kid's weakness in subjects but I'm totally wrong. They just give the kid paper to do homework and no feedbacks at all. My kid makes same mistakes all the times but there is no teaching or explaining at all. What a waste of time and money. We have been involved with Kumon for years and been a part of several different centers as we have moved often. This is our favorite center and we greatly appreciate the one-on-one service provided by the owner and teachers. I enrolled my daughter in kumon back in September 2016 when she came home telling me that she was struggling with her math. Aside from that her teacher sent home a letter of concern about my daughter being behind with her math. So I enrolled my child in kumon to get the help that she needs. By December of 2016 she was back on track with her 2nd grade class. Now here we are 8months later and she is excelling in math! She is more confident in her ability to complete the work. She's even receiving awards for most improved in mathematics. I can honestly say that Kumon has to be the best money I have spent on my child's education. I am very happy we decided to take our Grandson to Kumon. It has been a great experience and he has really improved not only his reading ability, but also his writing has greatly improved. The worksheets that are given weekly are a terrific way to learn how to read. The program only works well when the parents or caregivers at home are engaged in the process to ensure the "homework" is done correctly. I would definitely recommend Kumon for any parent who really wants to see their child improve and excel in reading or math. We are only doing reading now, however, I have personally seen the math work that some of these young kids are doing there at the center, and I have been amazed how they are learning such advanced math concepts at such an early age. read more
