Between my call and the date of service, I developed a leak in the water pipe leading up to the upstairs toilet. The water softener was in the basement -- and it's a rough basement. There are two guys who show up and I can't say enough about them: Polite, smart, are OK with the dog and never once said "You should really just demolish this house, it's pretty old." Anyway, I said, "Could you take a look at the toilet, blah, blah .. one guy went up, the other went down and within 45 minutes both jobs were done!!!
