They serve Shaw's ice cream, which I heard is very popular, and now I know why! The ice cream is creamy, flavourful and awesome :) The Scoop is located right next to the Unger's Market and there's a little booth you can enjoy your ice cream at while enjoying a beautiful day :) Give this place a try if you're driving by! Pearls are chewy and just sweet enough. I get it with zero ice (for maximal milk tea--it's still cold without ice). I do wish they had a greater selection of non-milk-based or non-milk tea flavours to choose from. I recommend against their Crunchy Brown Sugar Milk Tea for several reasons: 1) It only comes in one size, which is their small size 2) This small drink costs $6.75 3) You cannot customize the sweetness level of the drink 4) It comes with a strange icy foam layer on top

There's a seating area and some items you can purchase near the back. My boyfriend ordered an Americano (of course), and for me, a latte. The Americano came out quite hot so it took him a while to finish it but he said it was good. My latte was creamy and delicious. I wish there was a bit more in the cup and a touch warmer but either way, I was very pleased. They use beans that are roasted locally which is a nice plus! It's a cute spot to visit with a friend or quietly sit and contemplate life while looking out the front window. Get on board and go!

It is a bright and spacious coffee house, obviously very popular with the Western University students. They also have sandwiches, which I did not try, but they have a good selection. B served me, and she was friendly and efficient. They make their own doughnuts and loaves. I got an apple doughnut.
