I had a horrible experience. I called to order flowers for my mother-in-law. A woman on the phone took my order and we agreed on the following - lavender roses, no filler, modern clear glass vase. I was put on hold numerous times to check inventory and for the directions to be communicated to someone named Melanie. The next day I received a picture of the flowers I gifted. There was one lavender rose, excessive green filler, carnations and countless other cheap purple shaded flowers. In a straw basket. With a very large straw handle over the top. It was beyond matronly and 100% not what we agreed upon. Looked like an Easter funeral arrangement if it were such a thing. When I called to share my concerns the man who I spoke with was absolutely sarcastic and defensive. He said "it sounds like we sent a pile of garbage instead of flowers" and kept insisting he was going to send someone to go retract them from her. He wanted to go back to her place of business where they were delivered and create a scene. How embarrassing that would have been. I finally spoke to the owner once she became available and she suggested we keep the flowers with my mother in law and make up for it with a random "happy leap year day bouquet in a couple weeks..." No, thank you. I heard excuses like "the employee who took your order was seasonal," "this is a busy day for us," "she didn't take proper notes, I don't see modern or clear glass vase in her notes." Very little care was shown for my concerns and I had to ask to initiate a partial refund. Frankly the whole thing should have been refunded. Why even take orders and agree to execute if you are incapable of delivering? Why did they not contact me if there was confusion at point of assembly? Why aren't they training their seasonal employees? Terrible experience all around. UPDATE - the day after posting this review I received a voicemail from Kunz floral shop. They decided to not charge me at all and apologized. read more

I called today to have flowers sent to my sister in law who lives 200 yards away from my parents and the owner was rude referred me to another floral shop in Cashmere which was rude in the past. I tried Kunz and talked to a lady there (do not know her name) she was very accommodating, we talked about what I needed and what it was for, she put it together, delivered them when they said they would. We ordered flowers for my Mother-in-Laws funeral and you couldn't tell the difference between the $75.00 arrangement & the $150.00 one. They were sparse and didn't look well put together. Another arrangement someone purchased from a different florist costing $50.00 made our arrangements looks pathetic. The entire family was embarrassed and disappointed but chose not to say anything because of the emotional time. Even when we were ordering she wouldn't listen to us. Another friend had the same experience when they ordered flowers for their boss and the arrangement showed up looking sad & dead. I will never order from Kunz again... NEVER!!!! read more

My Valentine's day flowers were ordered in mid-January. The glass cube they came in is nice, and I was correctly charged $85.00 for the premium bouquet that I ordered. However...I did not receive a premium bouquet. It is a small bouquet with a lot of greenery and some baby's breath. I am also disappointed that, two days later, what few flowers there are in the arrangement are already dying. I could have gotten this same bouquet from Safeway for $45. What I received is certainly not up to an $85 price tag standard. I don't mind spending the money if the product is worth it. That was just not my experience with Kunz. read more

I ordered a Christmas flower arrangement the morning of December 23rd for a same day delivery which I was told would not be a problem even with the snow. As of today December 26th the flowers still haven' t been delivered. I've tried calling repeatedly but no answer or answering machine to leave a message. Of course my credit card has been charged! If for some reason the flowers couldn't be delivered I should have at least been notified. I gave my phone info along with the recipients contact information. I ordered directly from the florist shoppe thinking I would receive better service and quality then going through a 3rd party wholesale florist. Boy was I wrong!!!! read more

Kuntz Floral did a great job at providing a nice arrangement for a funeral service. I ordered over the internet, which was mistakenly through a middle man, who skimmed money off the order before passing it on the Kuntz Floral. The kind & patient lady at Kuntz fixed and enlarged her original arrangement to match the arrangement I had paid for over the internet. I learned to order STRAIGHT from Kuntz next time. To all persons thinking of ordering from KUNZ Floral.BEWARE! I placed an order 6 days before delivery date requested. My ordered was not delivered on the day I requested, so I called the next morning to find out if my order got lost via the internet. The woman was so unreal and rude and yelling at me. She refused to deliver my order and I was left hanging 1 day before the holiday. I have never been treated so rudely by a business establishment. I live in Idaho, and was calling to order flowers for my mother-in-law for Mother's Day. I found Kunz by doing a Google search on my phone, and went down the list until I could get an answer. Kunz was #4 on the list. When the woman who answered learned they were the 4th place I called, she told me that she would not be able to help me, and that I had "hurt her feelings". (The woman's name was Candy,) and at first I thought she was joking, but she was not. I told her that I live in another state, and that I found them based on a Google search, and she repeated that she would not help me and that her feelings were hurt that they were my 4th choice. She was yelling at me and became completely unhinged before she hung up on me. I find this utterly absurd, and would encourage anyone thinking of doing business with them to research other florists first. read more

Disappointed. I ordered She's So Lovely from the website for my grandmother's birthday, and what was delivered was very different from what I ordered. Instead of a white basket with a pink bow full of pink roses, she received a sparse arrangement of mostly daisies and carnations in a small, plain brown basket. When I called, the woman was rude, argued with me that if my grandmother was happy, then it was a beautiful arrangement, and offered to send a second basket for Thanksgiving. I tried to explain that the point wasn't that she was happy (she'd be happy with whatever I sent her), but that I paid $88 for a full basket of pink roses, and I was sad with what she received. When I said I wanted my money back, the woman agreed, but I was hung up on! Since then, I have corresponded with the owner by email, and sent pictures of what I ordered and what I received, and it sounds like there may have been a mix up, either with whoever made the arrangement, or with delivery. read more

Anyone with an ounce of respect for a fallen hero needs to boycott this place. Absolutely abhorrent, offensive service. I called today to order flowers for the family of a deceased firefighter. I asked Candy where her shop was located, so I could punch it into my gps and ask her how far from the store she was willing to deliver (I did not want to want to disclose the exact location of the bereaved family until I was sure I would be making a purchase). She immediately got impatient with me (putting it lightly), told me she can't help me, and hung up on me. I called back to tell her I did not appreciate what just happened and tried to explain that I was trying to protect their privacy because they were getting mobbed by the media. What was so strange about me asking for her shop's address anyways? I remained as restrained as possible as she talked in angry circles for a few minutes and got hung up on a second time. I am a generally easy going person and never gave her a reason to treat me this way. I am deeply disgusted. And to think that she knew I was trying to pay my respects for someone who perished trying to protect our WA communities.
