Admin apologized that the message apparently never got through. OK. Months later we're back on the books. The town inspector tells us he spoke with admin, who said everything is good to go. Then guy who does the work calls my husband to say he's not coming because there's no permit. He is assured there is a permit, the town inspector even spoke with admin and we're all set. Guy begins swearing and then obviously never shows up. Guess we're going with a different company. :-(

They repeatedly avoided providing a written estimate until the job was finished, along with the final invoice. By the time all the work was completed, the final cost exceeded my budget, which could have been avoided if they had kept me informed throughout the process. Additionally, they damaged my front steps with a bobcat, but only mentioned it after I pointed it out. They never offered to cover the damage or even a portion of it; instead, they provided me with an estimate to replace the entire staircase.

I recently had a new roof and gutters put on my house…read more 716 gutters installed the gutters and leaf guards. They did a wonderful job. I had a section of the fascia did not have paint on it but 716 guy painted that section before they installed the gutters. They were seamless gutters. The gutter hangers were very close together and invisible from the ground. The gutters look absolutely great. I highly recommend 716 Gutters

Stockmohr roofing replaced the roof on my ranch home in the spring of 2023. They were one of 3…read morecontractors we called to give quotes and they were willing to do the most work (reroofing all the different smaller porch roofs, etc) the soonest. They also gave a discount to my husband for being a veteran. We were very pleased with them. They told us about when we would be on their schedule and then called us a week ahead of time to let us know they would be coming the following week. We did ask them to hold off for a day and we were fine with it. They gave us a full set of instructions on how to protect all our belongings from any damage that might happen while the roof was being replaced. The roofers came and did the work and cleaned up after themselves. After the job was completed the president of the company came out and evaluated the job and let us know of any little problems he noticed and told us a crew would be out to address them. It would be some of the smallest things like the roof looked slightly indented in one spot. We were really pleased with this professionalism and felt Stockmohr really had our best interest in mind. It's been a number of months now and our roof seems to be perfect!
