I struggled to do basic physical activities needed to get through the day. Jason and Matt have been key in shaping my mental image of health as well as my physical. I always knew nutrition was important but I never understood how key eating (I mean real food full of good carbs, proteins, and fats) in the proper amounts throughout the day matters to your body. These guys have changed my image of food and helped me focus on building a strong healthy body instead of obsessing on numbers from a weight scale. Food is no longer something I crave for comfort but something I use to fuel my body. Instead of focusing on scale readings, I now focus on by body fat percentage, body strength, and daily energy levels.
