I typically buy most of my vape supplies online, but with the time shipping is now taking, my orders weren't scheduled to arrive for several days and I was clean out of eliquid! A quick Google search sent me to MadVapes. The shop is located in a plaza with Dunkin Donuts, and it was empty when I came in. But the employees were friendly and helped me pick out a couple bottles of eliquid to hold me over, giving some suggestions based on what I typically vape. They have a rewards program based on phone numbers, and as a first time customer I was given a coupon for money off my next time in. They're not unreasonably priced with ejuice, and charge what just about any other shop would for hardware. The shop is clean, and during this time they are requiring masks for entry. I didn't notice any hand sanitizer offered, but I didn't actually touch anything in the shop until I was ringing out at the register. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! I have never felt more alienated in my life. Mr. "know it all Kevin" needs a lesson in how to treat customers. In fact, all of the employees need to get together and have a chat about what it means to show mutual respect. Perhaps I will try again when there is a new set employees. Very helpful, much better customer service than avail. And they carry the titanium coils for my ego mega one eVic ET, which avail stopped carrying because they're "switching over to newer mods" as they usually do. I haven't even had this mod for a year from them and they already don't sell the coils I need. The guy I was speaking to here at madvapes and the regional manager were awesome. Great costumer service, knowledgeable, great flavor for juices, and they carry products avail won't stock anymore. Keep up the good work guys! I'll be shopping with you guys from now on. read more

Wonderful atmosphere and customer service. I think the guy I spoke to was named Chris and he was so helpful! I had vapor fatigue from vaping my only flavor for a week or two, so I came in to try something different. After trying a few flavors, which I was honestly torn between, I asked about the in-house selection and GOOD GOD I fell head over heels! Walked out with two flavors for the price of one mainstream brand and couldn't be happier. I'll definitely be back though because that Peach Tea flavor was too divine to pass up along with The Squeeze. read more

My boyfriend and I went in one Friday evening to buy some juices. We purchaced 2, a new flavor and a previously purchased one. Upon arriving home we went to load up his tank with the one hes used before and noticed the seal was already broken. He put a little in the tank and it produced a horrible "cleaning product" taste. So clearly something was wrong with it. We did some searching and it is something that doesn't often happen but certainly can can with a bad batch. So, no issues we will just return it. We went to return and was told that they can't return it because it cant be sold again. Its defective, why would you resell it !? We were sold a product they never should have since the seal was broken and cant use because its garbage but we still have to foot the bill for it? Oh, but no worries, you can waste more money and buy new one with a discount.Yeah, that's the worst customer service ever. read more

Was getting juice somewhere else and they changed their recipe and I was not happy with it. A friend referred me to Madvapes. Kevin and his colleague helped me out and man talk about customer service. I tried soooo man flavors and they catered to my flavor palette and helped me find what I was looking for. I ordered products totaling $77 from Mad Vapes a month ago. Neither mod worked properly so I contacted Mad Vapes. I was told that they would replace the mods after I returned the broken items (as if it was my fault they sent me broken items). I sent the items back and waited for a response. It's been about a month now (and counting) and I still haven't been able to use the loyalty points they awarded me as a form of repayment for the broken items received. Never once did anyone in the company throughout this entire ordeal make me feel as if they cared about my delima. At this point, I'm ready to contact the BBB, as I feel that I've been robbed. read more
