I asked to speak with a manager and was hung up on and they wouldn't answer when I called again. I understand things get mislabeled, and I would have been cool with the error had someone explained prior to my pickup that there was an error in the listing, but this was handled completely inappropriately. I hope a $10 mistake is worth driving off a customer and a poor review. Edit: Filed a Paypal dispute, during which the owner admitted he was lying after trying to blame me repeatedly for being incorrect.
