They treated…read moreme with personable attention and made sure I stayed with their recommended exercises and not my variations of the correct exercises. :) Over several months I was instructed to increase the variety of exercises and duration as appropriate. I was encouraged to make notes how to do the stretches and do them on my own. After the first weeks, they suggested to come back only weekly which saved me on the co-pays. I hope I don't ever get re-injured, but if I ever need PT again, I'll be back to Sport Rehab on Transit Rd in Depew. Thanks, Phil. Great job in taking care of me!

The receptionist did a good job telling me where to go ... address .. building letter ... suite number ... pod letter ... it seemed overwhelming, but everything is marked very well and that made it so so easy! I was called back as soon as I sat down, and in came my surgeon, Dr. Ethan Craig. He did an excellent job performing my emergency surgery at the hospital. His upbeat and confident demeanor made me feel safe. He will also be honest with you about the potential cons of the surgery. Visiting him post op was smooth and simple and everything seems to be healing as it should. Although I hope not to need another surgery, I would absolutely trust and recommend Dr. Craig!

I've been seeing Dr. Bova for about three years now. I absolutely love Dr. Bova's excitement for…read moretreating his patients. My first visit, he took an x-ray and we discussed my concerns and a plan for appointments. This visit was probably about 20 minutes. He assured me that I was on my way to better overall health and over the years, I feel like I learned a lot about chiropractic care and ways to better take care of myself. Dr. Bova has recommended workouts and decompression (which I have not done yet), he listens and advises intently, and I've asked him so many questions. He's always happy to fully explain and engage in a positive conversation whether it's about my care or a random personal discussion. There have been times that showed up for an appointment after having a difficult day and after talking to Dr. Bova and being adjusted, I felt ready to get back at tackling my day and my adjustments provide me the relief I needed. I look forward to being adjusted. I've noticed that without regular adjustments my body feels tight and generally horrible. Chiropractor care has helped me a ton, I feel like there's only so much your primary care physician and physical therapy can do. This office is clean, well taken care of, they're always adding something additional to brighten up and update the office here and there (recently, I noticed new leather chairs in the waiting room). Dr. Bova doesn't push vitamins or any other treatments on you like I've experienced with other chiropractors. I know the staff on a first name basis, they've always been very helpful to me. They do chat it up with regulars and with each other, I don't mind that as they've always taken care of checking me out quickly and with a smile. There is parking in the rear of this office and it is handicapped accessible. There are two chiropractor's working in the office but I've only ever seen Dr. Bova. Also, I have had to call and reschedule appointments last minute or missed them entirely because of work and no one ever sent me a no-show bill. I have never had any billing issues. Lastly, they have morning and evening hours, you can schedule ahead of time or call last minute. I'm a happy patient, love Dr. Bova and appreciate him very much. She is the perfect mix of professional and fun; I love the conversations we have while I'm in the office, and she makes sure that I'm feeling better than I came in every time I walk out the door. My son had colic when he was a newborn, and Dr. Juliana Marciniak provided him the relief he needed. His father has routine sessions with Dr. Marciniak and has had great things to say about her as well. I love that our whole family is able to get the relief we need from the same place! Emily Jarnot has been my go-to for massage therapy since 2021, and I highly recommend her to anyone I get the chance to. She is truly passionate about her work, and it shows. She is highly intuitive, and I have been very satisfied with all of the reiki sessions I've had with her! I also enjoyed my massage and craniosacral massage sessions with Christopher Gilbert. He is very skilled in what he does, and I appreciate his techniques. The front desk staff is very friendly, and the entire place is comfortable and welcoming.
