Ysobel (RN Injector) was absolutely amazing -- she was kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. She explained everything clearly and was so gentle during the injections. I had a ton of questions and she answered each of them patiently. Ysobel made thoughtful recommendations without ever making me feel pressured. The pain was little to none, which I really appreciated. She even offered to do retouch if I'm not satisfied with the results which I highly doubt that's ever happening. I'm so happy I chose Hiraya and will definitely be coming back here for my other aesthetic needs! P.S. Hiraya is on the second floor - there is an elevator and/or stairs for access.
