Greg and his team are extremely hard working people. They did a concrete patio and did a great job. I literally called him because another concrete company cancelled on us after several months of us waiting for them to come do our patio and within a week Greg and his team completed the entire patio. Greg is great at communcitation and getting back to you on the same day. He came to give us a quote one day and the next day came back at 8 pm to answer some question and help us with our design. Greg also helped us remove a big amount of soil we had drugged out our backyard. I called home on a Saturday and he got back to me that same day and got the job done two days later. Again he got us in his schedule an was working at 7pm with his team to get the job done. His pricing is reasonable and my wife and I are very happy with his work. Great Company! read more

Greg is a hard worker who knows what he's doing. Greg and his team regraded around my entire foundation, installed pavers/rocks around the house, installed plants, took out a slab of concrete leaning towards our house, and fixed the drainage in our backyard. I would highly recommend Greg and his team for anyone looking for an experienced landscaper. He used boards/lasers to ensure the proper water flow away from our house towards our drain/the street. Greg is also VERY fast at responding to any communication you may have. He will usually get back to you the same day. Kustom was also the most reasonably priced out of the other bids we got. A lot of other landscapers came in higher for less work. Some were just trying to get us to buy more expensive designs (retaining walls) which were't necessary to fix the issue. Greg knew what was needed to fix our issues, and executed it perfectly. In sum, we now have a beautiful landscape with curb appeal in addition to a functionally sound landscape in terms of water flow (positive grade around the entire foundation and no areas where water can pool). We can't praise Greg and his crew enough for the fine work they did raising our patio and re-designing our rock garden. We had vague ideas about what we wanted, and Greg added practical knowledge about how best to achieve the look by using and re-purposing rocks that were already there. They made actual concrete platforms for our birdbath and below the flagpole and, in addition, created little shelves from existing rocks for planters and "yard art." They even found our old statue of St Francis where he was hiding behind a shrub (previously the only spot level enough for him not to topple over) and gave him a safe place of honor. We live in a townhouse development with a lot of service people in and out. We must say that the Kustom team ranks high among these in terms of courtesy and efficiency. Greg and his team were great. I had a very complex concrete job and was having a hard time finding a company that did both concrete and landscaping. We called countless companies for bids - very few actually called back, many came to quote and then never got back to us, and others flat out refused the job as it was too difficult. Greg always answered his phone or returned calls promptly and provided a fair quote for the work. I completely commend his team for their back-breaking work. I couldn't be happier with the final project. I do think there could have been better communication on concrete care, sealing, caulking, etc. Greg had all of the answers when I asked and had suggestions on who to use for the work, however, it would have been nice to have been provided the information up front. read more

Our interaction was with one of their employees. They blocked our driveway while parking several cars/trucks in the neighborhood. One blocked our driveway. When asked to move their vehicle so our car could be driven out of our driveway, the employee exchanged words and then did remove their vehicle. 09/12/15. We have a potential job coming up but he also made it clear to us that they were booked up through the first two months of next summer. One of your staff (red hair) literally just verbally assaulted me making me feel unsafe. He got out of your company vehicle at a gas station here in town, proceeded to yell at me and act aggressively, walking towards me as if he may try to assault me or my vehicle. He was yelling and stopping other vehicles, all because I was trying to pull up to a pump and he was trying to leave the station parking lot. If I were you, I'd be embarrassed as the lot was full of potential customers on a beautiful day like today. As a new homeowner, I certainly will not be using your service nor will I be recommending it to anyone I know. There were much more appropriate ways for the young man to have handled this situation or whatever frustration he may be dealing with. Estimate was given and signed. Towards the end received a call the night before he finished he needed another $200. I had no choice so paid it. The acid wash for exposed aggregate killed some plants and damaged others. Poor job of installing black dirt to be applied to edge of concrete,had to finish. He would not answer calls or texts. I was informed by another customer that he had similar pricing issues. read more

Poor quality of work and when contacted about it owner makes excuses and will not fix problems. No such thing as a warranty with him either.
