The top layer of the concrete is flaking away. Now we have to pay someone else to fix this mess. Unfortunately, we learned that Bill has a reputation for watering down the concrete after we had already signed his contract. He would have been done in two days if it wasn't for the rain. He got a few posts put in that first day, but the rain was too heavy to set the corner posts in concrete. When he was done, he cleaned up very thoroughly, including the dirt he removed for the posts. We have quite a slope across the yard, and the fence follows the contour perfectly.
