I had a few different people come out to look at it only to be extremely baffled and offer no solution. It continued to get worse. I was literally sweeping up pales of concrete sand every month.. situation was getting dire. I didn't know if my house was unstable and I imagined it was going to cost a fortune to fix. That's when I randomly connected with Adam Case on Yelp. He reached out, and was at my house later that day. He was very personable and, after talking with him for a couple minutes, it was apparent he was very knowledgeable. Although my situation was extremely unique, he had worked up a plan within minutes to repair and stabilize the wall. He came back out within a week and had it fixed up at a very fair price! Called Lindsey and she came out and said she doesn't feel it was an installation issue and would give me a quote to fix it. I had two other pavers companies come out and they both said the job was not done correctly and were shocked they were not standing behind their work. We had other issues that annoyed us with during the work but let them go. Example - when removing old driveway/part of lawn they broke water line and we paid to fix it, had to call them to pick up mess left behind, they did not cement pavers down that hung over patio and if you stepped on a paver the whole paver would come up. They told us to buy a bag of cement. We went back and forth and finally my husband bought cement and did it. They showed up months later out of the blue with no notice to fix it only because they were giving my son a quote (luckily for my son he checked reviews and decided to go with another company). We spent about $15K on our driveways. VERY DISAPPOINTED that we have to pay someone to come fix what they didn't do correctly! Do your research and if they have bad reviews believe the bad reviews! I hired JD concrete to raise a garage floor, block in the old garage door entrance and enlarge a…read moreside door into the garage. The contract said they were supposed to level the floor to the existing house floor. The actual floor ended up 6" out of level leaving a significant drop. They refused to make it right. It cost me thousands to get it within 3" of level. They also cut the enlarged entrance out of square. That cost me an additional 300 to square it up. I do not recommend then to do anything. A company that won't correct errors need to gho out of business.

Four years ago, Alpha Foundations lifted an outer corner of my pool deck using foam. In August, I noticed the cracks in the pool deck were getting larger and called to have it rechecked since it is still under warranty (I'm getting ready to resurface the pool deck). Their technicians came out on August 14th and left me with a mess; they did lift the outside corner again but they also lifted the wrong section and broke the channel drain. No one from their office has called, and no one has come to repair their warranty work. I considered using Alpha Foundation to fully stabilize the pool deck again, but after seeing their warranty work, I'm not so sure.
