If I were to say they were here for a total of five minutes that would be generous. This was the first roofer I've ever met who didn't want to go on the roof of a one story home. Last year I had an issue the roof at my other house. There were a few small leaks. One person came out and told me that it is an easy fix. I highly recommend.

When we initially contacted him he requested $100 to do the estimate. He explained that the fee was required as we did not yet own the property although we did have an agreement of sale. When he arrived, he became annoyed at my husband because the home inspector's report was difficult to for my husband to pull up on his phone. It was 68 pages long. My husband tried to point out that the entire roof needed to be replaced based on our inspection report. Mr. Augusto never went up on the roof to look at it. When we inquired him about hurricane mitigation straps he blurted out - The price of the roof is $20,000 and includes everything. He never offered to mail us a detailed written estimate even though he took $100 in payment for coming. He accused my husband of being disrespectful because they tried to converse at the same time. He yelled at my husband "look me in the eye and show some respect man!" We have done renovations on our stone colonial in PA for 18 years and never have we had such an interaction with any contractor. We were stunned to say the least!!! This review speaks for itself as to why we gave a 1 rating.
