At first contact I was told that there would be a two man team for $ 140/ hr. not per manhour Which I was eventually billed. This was a surprise as one of the men was in training but still was billed at $140. Secondly, when I had called I explained one Of my needs was getting my boat lift to work again. After completion of their work I was told one side of the lift didn't work and that they don't work on boat lifts. They did get the power. Working out to the lift but that's not the purpose of hiring them. When I was out in the yard the following day I found that the cover plate had not been reinstalled on one of the junction boxes that were worked on. Another task was to figure out...never mind. Just wasn't a good experience.

I went to their offices and was helped by Eric. We went thru all my options and he showed me what was available, then gave me a very reasonable price installed. He came to my house that afternoon to go over the locations that I wanted covered. His men came out to install the cameras and DVR recorder even before we had internet. Told me that when we had the internet installed they'd come back and hook it all up and show me how to use it. Made one appointment and they came over and did exactly what he said they'd do. After a few days they came back to fine tune. I couldn't be happier with the service, price, and more importantly the friendliness and professionalism of all involved. We recently had Bowersox replace our AC and the adviser suggested a 4 ton air handler with a 3 ton…read morecondenser because we were just below the square footage for a 3 ton, but wanted to maximize the air movement and the 4 ton air handler has a larger fan and larger coil assembly. After two weeks, we're running the AC at a full 2 degrees warmer than we used to and are still as comfortable as can be! On top of that, the unit is only running 9-12 hours a day! And that's in the Florida summer! We even added a supply and return for the enclosed Florida room on the west side to keep the temperature in there reasonable. Everything went so smoothly! The County inspection was even nothing at all. We could not be happier with Bowersox and will continue having them maintain the unit.

I inquired to get an indoor 36 x 80" door replaced with a recessed door & storage helving installed in garage. Got reply from a no reply address & had not realized it - so had replied to the email getting me no closer to getting work scheduled. I followed up by phone & learned fir first time (not via there website or a recorded message on their answering recording - that they set up a consult for a fee & work by the hour. That is fine & I wanted to schedule. I asked how the electric switches that may need to be moved could be addressed. They do not do that. So then they said I would need to take all the work elsewhere & hung up on me. I called back spoke to the manager Kyle & very calmly & politely recapped my disappointingexperience and shockingly was treated exactly the same.
