I recently had a horrible experience with Emily smalls. But honestly never let any of these people…read moredo your hair. It ended with my blonde hair being blue and bald spots on my scalp. I had to dye all my hair dark. They refused to give me the owners number then blocked me from their page so I couldn't get in contact with anyone. I posted it on face book because she completely went against what I said and refused to take any accountability for her actions. Then pretty much all of the stylist from that salon started harassing me on face book. Repeatedly kept saying the story wrong/ calling me names/ and just being, peaked in high school mean girls at there ripe age of 40 plus. Anyways if the owner see this I need to speak to you. I am going to be talking to the state board and reporting them. This was the most unprofessional immature thing I have ever seen. Mind you I'm the 21 year old and I'm getting bullied by a bunch old woman. Because one of there girls messed up. Emily takes advantage of people to get more money out of them. I got extension and have repeatedly told her not to put that many in. Because they weigh down so bad they rip out of scalp. She blamed it all on me then told me to stop messaging her when all I wanted was to talk to the owner. Then told me she would take me to small claims court for canceling my appointments if I didn't stop texting her. But the. Proceeded to go on face book and comment on my stuff.
