The system has not worked since it was installed last year. We were told during the winter that we would have to wait till spring and the summer to see the difference. We have not seen a difference yet in our bill, and have not even received the grant that we was supposed to get for installing the system. We have tried to resolve the issue multiple times. We have made phone calls, email, text, and we have not received a response. We have decided to seek legal counsel. This is not the way to do business, and the little communication we have had with the office has only confirmed our concerns when their own employee, told us that all of our calls and emails have been received and that they told the owner "that we have been good clients and that he should make this right".
