To make matters worse, I called ahead to inform them I would be approximately 10 minutes late due to traffic. Despite this, when I arrived, the PA had already left for lunch, showing a complete lack of consideration or flexibility. The front desk staff were also rude and unprofessional in the way they handled the situation. This experience reflects poor patient care, lack of professionalism, and disregard for patients' time and needs. I strongly do not recommend this practice.
