When we pulled in it wasn't that busy, plenty of pumps for people to come and go. We pulled right up to the pump and started to do out thing. I do have to let you know, that you need to pay attention to the pumps you are pulling up to. Several of them are full service pumps while others are self service. You can pay at pump here and make it that much easier on yourself. Once you are done with fuel, you are free to go. You can go inside if you want, but we did not, they did have tents set up outside to purchase tobacco products.

This chain of fast food/convenience store/has stations is an absolute gem, and making at least one stop to one is a prerequisite anytime I go through Pennsylvania and when I visit family in the Cleveland area... in fact, I make a few little road trips each year, specifically just to eat at Sheetz, since I discovered them around 5 years ago. I'm posting this review under the Bradford location, as it is the one I've visited most often, and is the one I noticed needs to have their rating boosted. But what I say about this location also applies to the ones that I've been to in Erie, Mentor, Streetsville, North Warren, Port Allegany, and Clarks Summit as well. The gas is good, the convince store selection is great, but the real star of the show for me is the Made to Order food. Everything I've tried so far has exceeded the quality of similar fare at other gas stations and convenience stores, and in many cases exceeds or meets the quality of many fast food chains as well. Some of my particular favorites are the stuffed pretzels, the fried appetizers (they're all awesome), and the loaded totz/fryz platters. I also really like the chicken sandwiches and burritos. The platters, sandwiches, and burritos can be customized with a bevy of awesome sauce and topping options, with which one can get quite creative. So in conclusion, I shall reiterate that Sheetz is an absolute gem that should be tried at least once by anybody that travels within the distance of one... I just wished they had a location or two in the Buffalo area so I could go more often.

What a great location overall, it just worked. It flowed and was easy to navigate. I don't have to say that this location felt like a truck stop, because it is kind of actually a truck stop. They have their own section just for diesel for trucks and the lot itself is huge. Lots of parking, room to move about, and you do not have to worry if you can't find a place to fit in here. Inside it is just as huge and I was impressed. I was impressed by the layout of the store and how big it felt. I was able to go in and do what I needed and made my way to the register area. Quick stop there and I was out the door to continue on my way to my final destination.

It's a landmark in this area. As you can see by the rest of the reviews, people either love it or hate it. Along with the truck stop you obviously have fuel for regular vehicles. There is also a diner attached here and a convenience store with a tobacco outlet. For the sake of this review, I am going to focus on the convenience store portion. After the last long haul on the trip we were happy to make it here finally. Our first task was that we needed to use the facilities. We walked in and towards where the restrooms should be to only find them to be blocked off and a note instructing you to use the portapotties outside. Umm, don't do it, on a hot summer day, you will regret this immensely. Once back inside my brother and Dad were over at the counter asking about the tobacco and I was over in the souvenir section. Once I saw Sassy's, I was hoping to find a shirt or something to take with me. Unfortunately, all the shirts were sizes I couldn't fit. I'm not a fan of snapback hats so that was out. I ended up picking up a magnet because it was about the only thing I wanted at that point. It's not the best magnet, but it is a magnet nonetheless. I made a joke that a lot of people have heard of Buc-ee's, but not many know about his country cousin Sassy. I think you all should find out about her.
