Then the communication completely changed. Every time I called, I was told the sales managers were "in meetings" and unavailable. Instead of being upfront with me, I kept getting the same response while I waited for updates. Eventually, they called to tell me they had sold the vehicle to someone else. If they had decided to move in another direction, I wish they had simply been honest instead of wasting my time and my lender's time. No integrity.

On top of that issue the tires are smaller than the 35 inch stocks that come on the tremor so in turn the speedometer is 6mph fast and the odometer is putting more miles on that what I'm actually driving I sent them a message with no response regarding the issue. I guess they won though their only goal is to get vehicles off the lot and they did just that but paying 65,000 for a used truck you'd expect certain things to be taken care of. I will never recommend this dealership or go there again. I know they know about the tire and did not disclose that to me when I bought it.

The lobby is comfortable, clean, and stocked with a large selection of complimentary things like water, soda, k kups, snacks.... They take a very long time to do the work and all of their loner vehicles are out because of it, BUT they are AMAZING. You can't tell that the vehicle was tboned with huge gouges and tears in the metal so it was worth paying for a rental for months. You honestly can't tell it was completely crumpled on one side. They also detailed and washed it after. Wow just wow.
