Ken, quickly grasped the problem, made very assuring comments, and sent us on our way back to our holiday let, with confidence. The next morning- again, positive " lets get the job done and get you on your way" comments; how refreshing in this day and age of searching for problems v getting them resolved with a positive manner. The car was returned to us midday/ the next day and with a good value for money bill. Well done Ken and all at Crescent Garage. I will always recommend you and the fine service witnessed and offered. I was recently recommended AB Autotech after I had a fault with my central locking system. I was…read morequoted £200+ from a local main dealership for new key fobs etc (as this was what they diagnosed)! I rang AB Autotech for some information and a quotation, the next day Alan picked up my car and took it in for an inspection and winter service. On inspection it was not the key fobs that were faulty, the fobs were re-programmed and the drivers side was sticking. My car was delivered back to me later in the day with no issues with the central locking working perfectly and no need for new key fobs. I was very pleased with the prompt efficient service with the added bonus of my car picked up and returned free of charge and the bill was under half the price quoted by the local main dealership. All in all very happy and would use AB Autotech again and would highly recommend to all my friends and family.

He travelled out from Scarborough to Harwood Dale which was a bonus because I work from home. Texted me to say he was on the way and rang when he was close. Great communication and a great price too. I had superglue marks on the dashboard from where the previous owner had superglued his tom tom to! Matty took one look at it and said it would be no problem to remove. Not only did he shampoo, clean, vacuum the inside he also did an amazing job on the out of the car too. The end result was amazing, I will get a photo on here later but it is showroom clean. Fantastic service, recommended to all and everyone in Scarborough and District. It doesn't matter how many words use to big up Matty, a photo paints a thousand words, so I promise I will get the photo of the car up later. Great work!
