Ken, quickly grasped the problem, made very assuring comments, and sent us on our way back to our holiday let, with confidence. The next morning- again, positive " lets get the job done and get you on your way" comments; how refreshing in this day and age of searching for problems v getting them resolved with a positive manner. A big bonus was that I didn't have to spend a lot of time waiting for assistance or for paperwork to be completed. As for the car itself, it was clean and in perfect working order. Fortunately for me, I haven't had to have any work done but I've heard from friends that their service department is just as good. I have no problem with recommending these guys.

Upon the sudden realisation that my MOT had almost expired and my usual garage had relocated to…read moreIlkley I had the good fortune to notice a Facebook post from a friend of mine recommending Carwurx. I figured I'd give them a go and Chris managed to fit me in for a full service and MOT at short notice (and on a weekend too... amazing!) so 8am on the Saturday morning I set off... Carwurx is hidden away off kirkstall road behind Kwik Fit so you wouldn't really notice it if you weren't looking but once you're on Washington street it is easy to find as you just follow the road round. Chris quoted me a good £40-60 less than the other garages so (given my past experiences at the likes of Kwik Fit) I was expecting to turn up and find a load of extra charges on top of that or a long list of work that had to be done... But no! I was pleasantly surprised to be mistaken. I was only charged the amount quoted, all work done well and although I need my brake pads replacing at some point there was absolutely no pressure to have it done there and then and I got a quote for the work if I chose to have it done by Carwurx... which I probably will! Great service, great people, great price!... I think I've found my new garage :-)
