He chose financial opportunism and evasion over basic customer service. A manager who refuses to take ownership of store errors makes this location entirely unreliable for business or personal needs.

I was prepared to put in a huge order, but I had to contact them due to payment difficulties... They helped me from beginning to end with the order and made sure it got printed in a timely manner. I didn't realize they were running a special on photos, and I was fully prepared to spend what I thought I owed, but they let me know about the discount and then cut off a huge chunk off of my total, which was AMAZING as a small business owner at Christmas time. It is very unfortunate that the new owners feel biased to the customer base they come into business to serve.
