I…read morethen asked if they would have the ability to scan back the package once the elderly customer would signed them.... They said no..... so assuming that was implying that the customer would have to use the "Self-services kiosk himself.... I asked again and verifying twice that the location for Printing/SCANNING/EMAILING and SHIPPING Packages....No longer Scans to have an email go back the original user because that service isn't there. He confirmed in their store they ONLY fax now because of a "NEW" machine for 2026 technology for digital packages. The only UPS store in America.... apparently not able to do this task. Then the rep made fun of me in front of another customer. Then hung up on me. Then I called back to confirm the digital package had been deleted and they hung up again. Bad location for UPS. Hope it goes higher up and please help them get a scanner in their building again.
