My mother, grandmother and I went into the gas station to grab a cup of coffee around 6:30 PM on Sunday, December 14. There was an employee with blonde hair and skinny who was very rude. We had asked where the restrooms were and she told us that they were down the hallway. We were all using the restroom and standing outside, waiting for one another to get done, and she had the trash cans as a " barrier". She then proceeds to walk through the the storage room and shoves the trashcan and says well I guess my barrier didn't work anyway so what does it matter and said the restrooms were supposed to be closed in the rudest way ever. When we were also grabbing our coffee, not trying to get her way because she was wiping the area. We stood there very patiently and she acted like us standing there was the biggest inconvenience for her. We definitely will not be going back after a 6 1/2 hour car ride getting into Colorado and this being our first stop back home. It was very unpleasant and very unprofessional. We also proceeded to tell the lady at the cash register and she said that she would talk to her but just said oh I'm sorry like she didnt care and coming from the customer service industry that type of behavior is totally unacceptable. read more
