Need a helmet for skiing or snowboarding? I was wishing I hadn't bought my helmet (which I purchased on sale) before arriving in Colorado - here at the Colorado Country General Store, a K2 brand helmet was normally priced at $20 LESS than the sale price I paid!! Other ski and boarding gear is also available at great prices. No mountain store would be complete without Colorado souvenirs, and yes you will find these here as well. He came the the vehicle and the pump wasn't working. I myself went back in explained what was going on out at the pump and she's like what pump gave her the number and she then tells me " Well the pump timed out so there's your reason" I told her dang that's pretty quick for him just coming out for it to timeout that quick and then she says well he purchased more stuff. But within maybe 6 maybe 7 mins of being in the store all together the "well that's because the pump timed out" . I've never experienced such horrible customer service! Whoever has her working please explain to her thats not how treat a customers), especially when they didn't do any of the angry they gave off. Coming from a woman who has a small family owned business who travels through almost everyday and would stop for fuel + Snacks ect unfortunately I won't be doing any more of mv business here.
