Just your basic grocery store. One of the only ones in Granby. It's a Kroger brand, so your King Soopers Kroger, city market app will work here. Good deals. Good selection. It was hard to carry my groceries because of the no bag thing which is just ridiculous here in Colorado, but whatever. read more

Seems to have everything a person would need. Biggest drawback is they don't have a deli!! Safeway in Fraser has a descent deli. They seem to run out of ice often. No bags of ice on a busy Friday?? Cashier's always great. read more

I have yet to find fresh vegetable. on the shelves they are wilted and old. I am a full time resident. I have yet to find a day where things are fresh. The population is growing here plus the tourism is up. We need options for food but then we have another issue with employment and housing. We need another option for our groceries. read more

I'm here at least 2x a month. The last few times the restrooms have looked absolutely trashed. Almost to where it doesn't look like it was touched. Meat department looks deserted and most of the produce is gone. Unfortunately no other options. read more

Full-fledged Super Market! If you are in the area make this your one-stop shop for everything you need PRIOR to heading up into the Mountains. This place NEVER has carts where they should be on the way in. I worked at a grocery store for years, it's not hard to just keep the carts stocked. It's also not that hard to make sure the products you're selling are not EXPIRED. I can't tell you how many times I've bought something and got home just to realize its well past its prime and expiration date. I bought 4 meat and cheese snack packs yesterday only to open one up this morning and realize it smells terrible and is over a week past the expiration date (as are the other 3). There's also rarely enough registers for the amount of customers. Why is the second lane of self checkout stations always closed? Why is it even there? I've literally never seen it open. Horrible experience every time. DO BETTER. read more

I am a local in Granby for 16 years. This store is the worst grocery store I have ever been in. I have tried going different days of the week to see if it's different but it's not. Produce dept is never fully stocked and old produce is not taken away. Aisles are constantly filled with stock to be put away so it's hard at times to get your cart thru. Today was the corker... All the self checkouts were full and only one register was open for us that had a cart full of groceries. There was a line of around 8 people behind me. I did ask someone at customer service for help. It took over 5 minutes before another register was open. Shopping here is not a nice experience. I just don't understand why this store can't get it together. read more

We stayed at Granby Ranch while on vacation from Houston, and we're pleasantly surprised to find a Kroger chain nearby. The selection was good for being a small mountain town, and the prices were manageable considering the price difference from TX to CO. The store was clean and well stocked, and found all of our normal Kroger branded go-to's in house. read more

I came here with a friend to pick up some groceries for dinner, and it reminded me a lot of Safeway. There were lots of options for everything, and their produce was quite fresh. Good selection of breads as well, although I always wish that there were single pieces of fresh bread like buns or bagels. it's like a Kroger get 3 cents off if you use Kroger card. best price around for miles. unlike going to up the street and you pull up and it says 3.39 but the pump is 3.59. when asked why, reply was computer is broken and the price didn't get changed!! read more

You really don't have a ton of choices when it comes to mountain grocery stores, but this City Market (King Soopers) is very nice. They are well stocked and have a very friendly staff, they have very good fresh produce. They also have the gas station so if you use your rewards card it is by far the cheapest gas in the hills :) read more

This review is for their wedding services, but in general this is an awesome store. Amazing customer service! Linda Rose in floral and Stacy Sieben in the bakery made my wedding at Granby Ranch. Thank you!! First of all, Linda Rose made me feel like family! She treats each of her brides like they were her own. Linda had a million ideas and suggestions which was so useful for someone who had no idea what she was doing. However, she listened to the few things I did want and expanded on those ideas. One thing I liked was that I could tell her the price I was willing to pay for each bouquet and she worked within that budget. The final product was better than I imagined! The morning we picked up the flowers ended with me, my mother, and Linda hugging and sobbing in the middle of the store! Next up is Stacy and the wonderful bakery! I had a better idea of what I wanted and sent her a few pictures. Stacy was very responsive and confident that she could reproduce something similar. The final cake was ten times better than the pictures sent. One of my favorite parts was picking the flavor of cake and icing. They sent me home with a huge pack of cake, fillings, and icings....fat kid heaven! The day they made the cake, Stacy texted me progress photos for my approval which helped calm my nerves about the final cake. The cake was enough for 150 servings and about a 1/4 of the price for other wedding cake vendors. So worth it! read more

This local market in Grandby, CO has everything you need whether you live here all year round or are just visiting. My husband and I spent our honeymoon in Grandby and made a few trips here throughout our stay. As a grocery store nestled in a quaint little mountain town, I didn't have terribly high expectations, but was pleasantly surprised to find that this place had everything we needed for the week. She checked our receipt and said we would not have saved money on that trip to the store but advised us to get the card and get the savings. Love this store. Owned by Kroger so just like King Soopers and your Kings card works here. Great selection and lots of marketed down(but still fresh) meat, dairy and deli items. Excellent service. Not many shoppers early in the morning so only express lanes opened.... as I eyed my extra large over flowing basket and considered my options... take 2 hours at the self service checkout or walk out empty handed and do it all over again later.... a nice lady offered to open up a regular check out lane... makes sense to me, right. So we went to fill up gas and we threw a little trash out in to their trash cans, the lady who works there demanded we not throw trash away in to the trash bins they provide us customers but since she wants to be lazy and tell us not to throw trash away which is the purpose of their trash cans because a few paper cups would be too heavy for her too lift, we just got some gas and left. Totally unprofessional and will never fill up using their station again. read more

We love this store, but it still doesn't offer curbside pickup or delivery. We are high risk for Covid so in store shopping doesn't work. We drive by this store to the Safeway in Fraser for curbside. We hope City Market in Granby will soon offer curbside and/or delivery like the City Market in Dillon. read more

Just passing through as I rv across the country. Best selection in ten thousand miles. And a discount on gas. They had items that I had searched out for over 6 months! Black rice, whole flax seed and so many interesting things it took half a day to really go through the store. If you pay attention you can add a lot of good stuff to your diet by visiting this place. I'm only writing this review to warn new customers/out of towners to pay attention to products with sale prices that are actually only sale prices if you sign up for their Value Card. Sadly we bought some items and didn't realize you had to sign up for a special club card to get the posted lower prices. The receipt stated we would have saved $5.27 if we'd signed up for this card (which seems like a waste of time for us and the store and fellow shoppers waiting in line behind us). This was on a $35.04 total (15%). Would have been cool if we were warned upon checkout that we'd be paying significantly more, as I guess it would have been worth it to make everyone wait as we signed up for a card we'd never be using again. :/ read more

City Market and King Soopers I love you! I just moved to WP and it's terrible being stuck with Safeway. Everyone I've talked to in town also prefers city market but it's 20 min each way. I guarantee if you were to open a location if Fraser you would put Safeway out of business within a year! Until then I guess I'll try to make my trips to Granby count. read more

Floral - I grew up in the area but moved away. I contacted City Market online to order an arrangement for my Mom's birthday, but was told there was not a sole in Granby that would deliver the arrangement. So when Mother's Day came around, I contacted the store myself, ordered a potted Orchid for my Mom. Then I just simply called her boss and asked him to grab it for her and deliver it to her office. I shop frequently at the City Market in Granby and I don't regret it. I am amazed at how well trained the staff is. The employees display outstanding customer service skills. The management of this location should all get raises along with at least the staff. It is difficult to find good employees in a vacation mountain town. And thats what they do. I believe that 20% of the staff does 80% of the work so these raises should be based of those numbers. I use the Scan Bag and Go option at this location for I believe that we must keep up with our technologies. I run into problems every once in a while and their is always someone there to take care of me. The other day I was attempting to checkout and it was on Friday, the busiest day of the week. All the vacationers are traveling up from the Denver area for the weekend rushing to get all their vacation supplies. I always do self checkout since it is usually faster. My Scan Bag and Go gadget wasn't working so I called Linda over and she took care of me. These employees are always so pleasant. Shelly also assisted me with my order. Even though the line was getting long and our visitors were in a rush to get in and out, these two employees remained calm and took care of me. I am grateful for employees like this...this is why I return every time rather than going to the Safeway in Fraser, which is about a 20 min drive from Granby. Thank you Kroger inc for playing an important role in our world. I look forward to shopping more at the City Market. read more
